| 摘 要： | 以"拼图""红卷毛"和"花毯"3个矾根品种为材料,研究了不同浓度生根粉处理对3个矾根品种扦插生根的影响。结果表明:矾根属于愈伤组织生根型品种,一般扦插30 d左右开始生根;"拼图"品种适宜用1 000~3 000 mg/L的生根粉短时(5~30 s)处理,"红卷毛"品种适宜于500~1 000 mg/L的生根粉浸泡(10 min左右)处理,而"花毯"品种的生根处理方法有待进一步研究。

Effects of Different ABT Concentrations Treatments on Heuchera micrantha Cuttings Rooting |

| Abstract: | This study was conducted to test how the Heuchera micranthacutting propagation would be affected with the ABT at different concentrations and different processing time treating three varieties of Heuchera micrantha, namely, Pintu, Hongjuanmao and Huatan. The results showed that the rational use of ABT could effectively improve the rooting rate ofHeuchera micrantha cutting, with callus rooting about 30 d after cuttage planting. The Pintu roots well in the treatment of the ABT concentration of 3000~3000 mg/L and the ABT dipping time for 5~30 s. The Hongjuanmao roots well at the concentration of 500~1000 mg/L and through the dipping for 10 min. And the Huatan needs further research in the rooting treatment. |
