摘    要:以圆叶双面红5~10 a生苗为材料,对比分析了南宁(桂南)和桂林(桂北)两地高温季节(7~9月)红花檵木叶片色素含量及净光合速率的变化。结果表明:随着环境中温度湿度和光照强度的升高,红花檵木叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量呈上升趋势,花色素苷却呈下降趋势,而净光合速率不断加强;由于桂林温度、湿度等环境因子稍低于南宁,所以桂林的植株净光合速率稍低于南宁,红花檵木叶片的返青现象也没有南宁严重。

Abstract:Taking the double red 5-10 year round leaf seedlings as materials, the change of leaf pigment concentration and net photosynthetic rate of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum in Nanning (South of Guangxi) and Guilin (North of Guangxi) from July to September were comparatively analysis . The results showed that with the increase of temperature humidity and light intensity of illumination environment, element content of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid increased anthocyanin decreased, and net photosynthetic rate increased. The environmental factors such as temperature and moisture in Guilin are slightly lower than that of Nanning, so the net photosynthetic rate of plants in Guilin was slightly lower than that of Nanning, green phenomenon of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum leaves was also not serious in Nanning.
