| 摘 要： | 对于汽车专业本科学生,不仅需要足够的理论知识,实践能力也尤其重要,培养技术技能型人才已经成为高等教育的改革突破口.文章对汽车人才需求现状进行概述,对汽车技术技能型人才进行定义,阐述其培养现状,提出了汽车专业技术技能型人才培养的路径和实施措施.
