镉高(低)积累油菜品种的筛选

摘    要:以近年来在湖南省大面积推广的以及常德市农林科学研究院筛选出的试验表现较好的32个油菜品种(组合)为材料,在常德市农林科学研究院和湘乡市棋梓镇蛇潭村进行镉高(低)积累油菜品种的筛选。结果表明:参试油菜品种(组合)植株中镉含量在1.566~3.352 mg/kg之间;在土壤镉含量为0.904 mg/kg的条件下种植油菜,油菜籽粒中镉最高含量为0.396 mg/kg,其籽粒均符合食品中污染物限量标准;油菜各部位镉积累量由高到低依次为茎根果壳籽粒;筛选出高积累品种创杂油5号、金黄油99、渝黄4号和低积累品种(组合)S15、G212A/P9、沣油958,可作为镉污染地区食用油品种推广种植。

Abstract:The 32 oilseed rape varieties were tested in cadmium (Cd) contaminated soil from 2015 to 2016 for variety selection on cadmium high (low) accumulation and on contents of cadmium in roots, stem, shell and rapeseed in this study. The results showed that the average content of cadmium in the root was 0.611 mg/kg, the average cadmium content in the stem was 0.745 mg/kg, the average content of cadmium in the shell was 0.578 mg/kg, and the average cadmium content in the rapeseed was 0.263 mg/kg. Cadmium accumulation in various parts of oilseed rape was stem's Cd accumulation > root's > shell's > rapeseed's. The contents of cadmium in the 32 varieties' rapeseed were lower than the limited contents in the GB2762-2016 National Standard for Food Safety (Seeds: Cadmium ≤ 0.5 mg/kg). And the 32 varieties such as S15, G212A/P9 and Fengyou 958 could be used as edible-oil oilseed rape varieties for the local cultivation promotion in cadmium contaminated areas.
