恩施硒茶中儿茶素含量测定

以不同企业生产的恩施硒茶为供试材料,采用高效液相色谱法检测分析3种主要儿茶素成分含量。结果表明:恩施硒茶中儿茶素含量为94.9~147.8 mg/g,平均含量为122.5 mg/g,儿茶素品质指数为539~1 234,平均值为856。不同企业生产的恩施硒茶中儿茶素的含量差别较大,儿茶素品质指数也高低不一,且儿茶素品质指数与儿茶素总含量不呈比例关系,需要根据恩施硒茶的开发目的选育实用的茶树品种。

Determination of Catechin in Enshi Selenium Tea

The content of 3 main catechins in Enshi Selenium Tea from different enterprises were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The results showed that the content of catechin in Enshi Selenium Tea was 94.9~147.8 mg/g, the mean content was 122.5 mg/g, the catechin quality index was 539~1234, with an average value 856. Catechins in Enshi Selenium Tea had significant difference from different enterprises, and catechin quality index was also different. There was no proportionate relationship between catechin quality index and total catechin content. It is necessary to select the practical tea varieties according to the purpose. It is need to select practical tea tree varieties according to the development purpose of Enshi tea.
