摘    要:文章以实验室保藏的从内蒙古地区采集传统发酵乳制品中分离出的8株嗜酸乳杆菌为研究对象,研究了它们的生理特性,包括生长曲线的测定,渗透压对菌体生长的影响,耐胆盐性及抑菌能力。结果表明,该8株菌耐盐和耐胆酸盐能力分别达到6.0%和1.0%,经过多次筛选后,获得了两株细菌素产生菌株KLDS1.0365和KLDS1.0384。

Abstract:In this study, the biological characteristics of 8 strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus isolated from traditional indigenous dairy products were studied. Their growth curve, osmotic pressure tolerance, bile salts to-lerance and antimicrobial activity were analyzed. The results indicated that all the strains could bear 6.0% salt and 1.0% bile salts. The bacteriocins were produced by KLDS1.0365 and KLDS1.0384.
