摘    要:通过熏气模拟试验,研究了熏气后橡胶叶片蛋白质含量的变化,以及活体条件下,HF熏气对相应一些酶活性的影响。结果表明:相同熏气时间(2h、4h),低浓度<18.4062 μg/(cm2·d),<10.7243 μg/(cm2·d)]熏气时,蛋白质含量下降,蛋白酶活性上升,以后随浓度升高,蛋白质含量升高,蛋白酶活性受到抑制;相同浓度6.6277 μg/(cm2·d)],短时间(<6h)熏气时,蛋白酶活性上升,以后随时间延长,此酶活性受到抑制。熏气后谷氨酸脱氢酶的活性受到抑制。

Abstract:A fumigation ex periment was conducted to study the changes of protein content in rubber tree leaves as well as the effect of fumigation on activities of some enzymes of the leaves in vivo.The results showed that with the same fumigation time(2 h, 4 h), the protease activity rose and that the protein content declined when exposed to low concentration of HF <18.406ug/(cm2.d),<10.7243/(cm2.d)]. With the increase of HF concentration, the protein content rose, while the protease activity was restrained; when exposed to unchanged HF concentration6.6277g/(cm2d)]for a short time (<6), the protease activity rose. The protease activity was restrained with the time. The glutamic dehydrogenase activity was restrained after fumigation.
