| 摘 要： | 基于网络的电子迎新系统以其准确、高效的特点，克服了手工登记，人工查找、统计的传统迎新模式费时、费力、容易出错等缺点．介绍了高校电子迎新系统的开发背景及应用于系统的主要技术，阐叙了湖南农业大学电子迎新系统的设计情况及具体实现方法。

| Abstract: | ERS(electronic register system) with its characteristics of accuracy and high efficiency was based on network technology. It solved the problems of time-consumption, energy-consumption and errors in the traditional system of freshmen reception which were based on hand work searching and statistics. This paper introduced the background of the development of ERS and the main technologies adopted. The design of this system and method of implementation were also discussed. |
