| 摘 要： | 采用比色法测定了5种不同鸡蛋的胆固醇含量,从含量差异的对比分析发现:通过改变蛋鸡的日粮组成和改良育种,可有效地降低鸡蛋中的胆固醇含量。

| Abstract: | Measurated the cholesterol content of five different sorts of eggs with colormetric method,Analyzed the different cholesterol contents of eggs.It was found that the cholesterol contents of eggs could be decreased efficiently by changing hens daily diet and improving breeding methods. |
