摘    要:为研究无核白(Thompson Seedless)葡萄在不同栽培基质与光照条件下的光合特性,以3年生无核白葡萄为材料,测定了不同栽培基质和不同光照条件下的叶片光合指标和叶绿素含量。结果表明:(1)在遮光条件下,生长前期配方土栽培的无核白表现出较高的光合特性;生长后期配方土栽培的无核白净光合速率低于园土;配方土栽培的无核白总叶绿素含量变化与净光合速率变化趋势一致,配方土不利于无核白生长后期光合产物的累积。(2)相同的配方土栽培条件下,遮光处理导致植物光合作用下降,不利于无核白光合产物的累积。综上所述,引种栽培无核白葡萄需选用合适的栽培基质,保持充足的光照,生长后期需注意延长叶片功能期。

Effects of Different Substrate and Light on the Physiological Characteristics of Thompson Seedless Photosynthesis

Abstract:In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Thompson Seedless grape under different cultivation substrates and light conditions, the photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll content of 3-year-old Thompson Seedless grape under different cultivation substrates and light conditions were measured. The results showed that : (1) Under shading conditions, the seedless white cultivated in formula soil at early growth stage showed high photosynthetic characteristics ; the net photosynthetic rate of seedless white cultivated in formula soil at late growth stage was lower than that in garden soil ; the variation trend of total chlorophyll content in seedless white cultivated with formula soil was consistent with that of net photosynthetic rate, and formula soil was not conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products in the late growth stage of seedless white. (2) Under the same formula soil cultivation conditions, shading treatment led to a decline in plant photosynthesis, which was not conducive to the accumulation of seedless white photosynthetic products. In summary, the introduction and cultivation of seedless white grapes need to select the appropriate cultivation substrate, maintain sufficient light, and pay attention to extending the leaf functional period in the late growth stage.
