柑桔溃疡病防治药剂的筛选研究

摘    要: 对24种药剂进行柑桔溃疡病菌的室内毒力筛选。结果表明,噻霉酮、溴菌腈和农用链霉素的抑菌效果较好。选择噻霉酮、溴菌腈、农用链霉素、菌立清、松脂酸铜、甲基硫菌灵·异菌脲等10种药剂进行田间药效试验,春雷霉素400倍液(防效7863%)、噻霉酮900倍液(防效7701%)、琥胶肥酸铜600倍液(防效7346%)、农用链霉素1000倍液(防效7277%)对柑桔溃疡病防治效果较好,推荐生产上使用生物制剂春雷霉素及农用链霉素。

Abstract:In order to screen high effective medicaments, 24 fungicides which had strong antimicrobial effect on the strain Xanthomonas axonopodispv.citriwere chosen. The results showed that the effect of benziothiazolinone, JP2]streptomycin and bromothalonil were stronger. Field experiments of 10 tested fungicides indicated that the control effects of kasugamycin 400×(the efficacy values of 78.63%), benziothiazolinone 900×(the efficacy values of 77.01%)and copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate)600×(the efficacy values of 73.46%)were significant. Kasugamycin and streptomycin, derived from biological agents, were recommended as the routine bactericides for the control of citrus canker.
