| 摘 要： | 本研究对北京动物园1头非洲象交配、分娩、哺育等一系列繁殖行为进行了详细的观察和描述。分析表明影响非洲象繁殖的主要因素有：1）妊娠期间饲养环境内的噪音污染;2）分娩后圈内地面状况;3 ）哺乳期的营养供应等。根据研究结果,为动物园非洲象的饲养繁殖提出了几点建议：1）妊娠期在圈内安装监控设备,减少人员走动;2）分娩后可在地面垫草,帮助幼兽尽早站立;3）哺乳期发现雌象消瘦属正常现象,不宜增加精料。

| Abstract: | We observed and recorded the reproductive behavior of a captive African elephant in Beijing Zoo.The main factors influencing the reproduction of African elephant were:1) human - caused noise or disturbance during pregnancy;2) condition of the ground in the cage after parturition;and 3) nutrient supply during the suckling period.We provide suggestions including: 1) monitor equipment is needed during pregnancy to reduce disturbing noises;2) some bedding should be prepared to help the infant make an early stan... |
