大灰袋鼠多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

2010年5月,北京动物园饲养的1只大灰袋鼠急性死亡。解剖发现其胰腺、心肌、大网膜、肾上腺等大面积出血。无菌采集肝、脾、大网膜接种于血琼脂培养基,分离到一株细菌。对细菌纯培养物进行形态学观察,并分别做氧化酶、触酶、糖发酵等生化特性试验,初步判定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。同时,API鉴定系统显示,该菌为氧化酶阳性、触酶阳性。API20E鉴定试纸鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌,鉴定百分率为90%。用该菌的培养物对6只小白鼠做致病性试验。6只小鼠均于6 h内死亡,经剖检均从心血中分离到较纯的多杀性巴氏杆菌。进一步说明分离到的菌株为多杀性巴氏杆菌。

Isolation and Identification of Pasteurella multocida from Grey Kangaroo

On May 2010,a captive breeding Grey Kangaroo died at Bingjing Zoo.Serious bleeding was found in the pancreas, cardiac muscle,omentum adrenal gland and other locations.Sterile collection of tissues from the liver,spleen,and omentum were inoculated in blood agar and the bacteria were isolated.This strain was initially identified as Pasteurella multocida by morphological characteristics and biochemical tests of oxidase,catalase and carbohydrate fermentation.The API method confirmed this identification.During p...
