| 摘 要： | 原油加热炉经过一个阶段的运行后,对流炉管表面积灰严重,分析了积灰的成分、成因及其对炉管的腐蚀情况,提出了高压蒸汽清灰技术用于加热炉清灰的技术要求,研制了高压蒸汽清灰系统。基于加热炉对流室的结构,选择高温水蒸汽的压力为0.7 MPa,温度为150℃;根据高温蒸汽的力学性能、制造工艺和相关计算结果,确定了喷枪的喷头结构;根据对流室的宽度,选择了喷枪杆的长度。工业应用实践表明:加热炉经该系统清灰后,烟囱的排烟温度平均降低75～100℃,炉效提高5%以上,减少了炉管腐蚀,节约了燃料。
