| 摘 要： | 基于管道完整性管理技术集成的目的和意义,对管道完整性管理业务流程和所涉及的技术领域进行分析集成,提出了管道完整性管理技术体系架构。针对风险评价环节,着重评析了Kent评分法,列述了国际上比较成熟的风险评价软件,对Kent评分法的指标体系进行修改和完善,并调整指标的权重分值,形成了更加适应国内管道情况的评分指标体系。针对管道检测与完整性评价环节,根据国内实施螺旋焊缝缺陷检测的实际需求,参照BS7910对裂纹类缺陷的分级评价方法,评析了三轴高清漏磁检测技术对螺旋焊缝缺陷的适用性,工程应用实践表明:该方法基本解决了上世纪70年代所制造管道的螺旋焊缝缺陷的检测、评价与修复技术难题。显而易见,管道完整性管理技术集成是一个持续更新、完善和发展的过程。 |
