| 摘 要： | 针对当前旅游规划存在的问题,阐明了旅游发展战略策划的理论价值与实践意义。结合东黄山度假区旅游发展战略策划的实证研究,论述了旅游发展战略策划在地方旅游发展中的作用,即查找"病因",理清旅游发展思路;定位主题,确定地方旅游核心吸引力;整合资源与市场,促进旅游发展理念升级;战略引领,搭建旅游发展战略平台。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems in tourism planning currently,the theoretical value and practical significance in strategic planning about tourism development were expounded.Moreover,combining with the empirical study of strategic planning about tourism development in holiday resort of East Huangshan,the effect of strategic planning about tourism development in local tourism development was summarized,in other words,searching the "pathogeny",and then clearing the mind of tourism development;localizing the theme and determining core attraction of local tourism;integrating resources and market to promote the upgrade of tourism development ideas;finally,guiding strategies and setting up the platform of tourism development strategies. |
