青海地区泥炭土壤中有机质含量测定方法的比较

摘    要:目的]采用不同的方法对青海地区泥炭和普通土壤的有机质含量进行测定。方法]分别采用目视比色法、光度比色法、灼烧法、容量法(外加热法)、高锰酸钾氧化法,测定青海地区泥炭土壤中有机质的含量。结果]通过对这几种测定方法的综合比较,结果表明光度比色法和高锰酸钾氧化法较好;同时通过测定可知,青海地区的泥炭中有机质含量较高。结论]这些方法为泥炭和土壤中有机质含量的测定提供了依据。

Comparison on Methods for Determining Labile Orange Matter of Peat Soils in Qinghai

Abstract:Objective]In this paper,different methods were applied to determine organic matter content in the turf and common soil in Qinghai.Method]It was determined by visual colourimetry,spectrophotometric colourimetry,ignition method,capacity method(outside heating method),and potassium permanganate oxidation.Result]According to the comprehensive comparison of the accuracy and convenience of methods,potassium permanganate oxidation and photometric colorimetric were better.Meanwhile,it showed that the turf contained a higher organic matter.Conclusion]These methods served as references for determining organic matter content of the turf and soil.
