摘    要:目的]优化微波提取伏毛铁棒锤(Aconitum flavum)中总生物碱的工艺,为伏毛铁棒锤生物碱的开发应用奠定基础。方法]在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化伏毛铁棒锤生物碱的提取工艺。结果]伏毛铁棒锤生物碱的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间为8min,料液比为1∶10,提取温度为40℃,提取溶剂的pH值为3.0。在最佳提取条件下,伏毛铁棒锤总生物碱提取率为0.59%。结论]该试验得到伏毛铁棒锤生物碱的最佳提取工艺,为伏毛铁棒锤生物碱的开发应用奠定了基础。

Optimization of Microwave Extraction Process of Total Alkaloid from Aconitum flavum

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the microwave extraction process of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum,so as to lay the foundation for the development and application of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum.Method] The extraction process of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.Result] The optimal extraction conditions were as following: 8 min of extraction duration,1∶10 of solid to liquid ratio,40 ℃ of extraction temperature and extraction solvent pH value of 3.0.Under the optimum extraction process,yield of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum reached as high as 0.59%.Conclusion] The optimum extraction conditions are obtained in this study,which will provide basis for the development and application of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum.
