| 摘 要： | 采用数据包络分析法中的C2R模型,建立了土地整理项目规划方案的评价指标体系,并对贵州省10个土地整理项目的规划方案的相对效率进行了研究,结果表明,DEA方法是一种评价土地整理项目规划方案相对效率的有效手段,针对贵州省这10个土地整理项目规划方案存在的总体效率值不太高且差异大的问题,提出了对策。

| Abstract: | By using the C2R model of data enveloping analysis(DEA),the assessment index system of land consolidation planning project was established,and the relative efficiency of ten land consolidation planning projects in Guizhou was studied in our paper.The results showed that DEA method could effectively assess the relative efficiency of land consolidation planning project.Meanwhile,some countermeasures were put forward according to the lower efficiency value with great difference of ten land consolidation planning projects in Guizhou. |
