| 摘 要： | 主要研究了国外方便面行业近10年的发展状况,包括全球方便面行业总量变迁、全球十大方便面产量国的年产量变迁,日本方便面行业的发展历程以及主要方便面产品产量等现状,并着重探讨了国外方便面行业发展的趋势,指出了国际方便面行业正向着更方便、更高品质和高档化方向发展,更加注重安全性,产品开发更加具有针对性,更注重消费者需求,生产技术日臻完美,新产品推出速度不断加快。从国际方便面行业发展历程中提炼出了行业发展特点,以期为我国方便面行业未来发展提供可能的借鉴。
