| 摘 要： | 林纸一体化项目原料林的大规模建设会对区域生态环境造成重要影响,如何将不利影响最小化,是林纸一体化项目必须解决的问题。主要从原料林建设对生态环境影响的避免、减缓、恢复3个方面,以黔东南林浆纸一体化项目为例,阐述了原料林基地建设生态环境影响的防护对策。
