摘 要: | [目的]研究不同供水量对绿豆苗期光合生理特性的影响,进而确定其合理的供水量范围。[方法]模拟长春降水量设计4种供水量,处理:Ⅰ150 mm、处理:Ⅱ250 mm、处理Ⅲ:350 mm、处理Ⅳ:450 mm,采用多指标分析不同供水量对绿豆苗期光合生理特性的影响。[结果]不同供水量绿豆叶片净光合速率的日均值为:处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅳ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ,其气孔导度的日均值为:处理Ⅳ>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ,其水分利用效率日均值为:处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ>处理Ⅳ。不同供水量绿豆蒸腾速率与气孔导度的日变化趋势基本一致。处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅱ的胞间CO2浓度变化基本一致,处理Ⅲ和处理Ⅳ的胞间CO2浓度下午变化趋势基本一致。处理Ⅰ和处理Ⅱ的气孔限制值日变化呈明显双峰曲线,处理Ⅲ和处理Ⅳ的气孔限制值日变化呈不明显双峰曲线。[结论]绿豆苗期的适宜供水量为250~350 mm。

Abstract: | [Objective] The purpose was to research the effect of different water supply on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of mung bean seedling so as to confirm reasonable scope of water supply.[Method] Four kinds of water supply were designed by simulating the rainfall of Changchun,which were Treatment Ⅰ:150 mm,Treatment Ⅱ:250 mm,Treatment Ⅲ:350 mm and Treatment Ⅳ:450 mm resp.The effect of different water supply on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of mung bean seedling was analyzed with multiple indexes.[Result] The daily mean values of mung bean leaves of different water supply were as follows: Treatment Ⅲ > Treatment Ⅳ > Treatment Ⅱ > Treatment Ⅰ,their daily mean values of stomatal conductance were as follows: Treatment Ⅳ > Treatment Ⅲ > Treatment Ⅱ > Treatment Ⅰ and their daily mean values of water utilization rates were as follows: Treatment Ⅲ > Treatment Ⅱ > Treatment Ⅰ > Treatment Ⅳ.The daily variation trends of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of mung bean of different water supply were basically uniform.The variations of intercellular CO2 concn.of Treatment Ⅰ and Treatment Ⅱ were basically uniform and that of Treatment Ⅲ and Treatment Ⅳ in afternoon were basically uniform.The daily variation of stomatal limit of Treatment Ⅰ and Treatment Ⅱ showed as obvious bimodal curve and that of Treatment Ⅲ and Treatment Ⅳ showed non-obvious bimodal curve.[Conclusion] The suitable water supply of mung bean seedling was 250-350 mm. |
