摘 要: | 目的]建立测定烟叶提取物(粗品、精品和纯品)中茄尼醇含量的方法。方法]用甲醇提取烟叶提取物中的茄尼醇。高效液相色谱条件:Kromasil5-C18分离柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-乙醇(30∶70),流速为1.3 ml/min,紫外检测波长213 nm。结果]茄尼醇在0.1~1.5 mg/ml线性关系良好,相关系数0.999 5,最低检测量为0.000 1 mg,有良好的分离效果和回收率(97.2%)。结论]该方法操作简便快速,有良好的精密度和重现性,可用于测定烟叶提取物茄尼醇的含量。

Abstract: | Objective] To develop an HPLC method for the determination of solanesol in the extracts of tobacco.Method] Solanesol in tobacco leaves extract was extracted with methanol.The separation was performed on a Kromasil 5-C18 Column(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm),with the mobile phase of Ethanol-methanol(30∶70).The flow rate was 1.3 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 213 nm.Result] Solanesol have good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-1.5 mg/ml(r=0.999 5).The lowest detection concentration was 0.000 1 mg.The method had a good separation and recovery(97.2%).Conclusion] This method is sensitive,accuracy,simple and rapid.It could be used to determine the leaves extract solanesol content. |
