摘    要:稳定同位素指纹、矿物元素指纹可实现畜产品有效的产地鉴别。阐述了稳定同位素指纹、矿物元素指纹在畜产品产地溯源研究中的基本原理及应用,并针对目前畜产品产地溯源研究存在的主要问题,提出了解决对策。

Abstract:Stable isotope fingerprints and mineral element fingerprints can be used to identify the origin production areas of livestock products.The basic principles and applications of stable isotope fingerprints and mineral element fingerprints in the origin traceability technology research of livestock products were expounded.In addition,in view of the existing problems in research of origin traceability technology,some improving countermeasures were put forward.
