人工巢箱条件下野生花鼠仔兽生长发育研究

摘    要:在2010—2016年间,于每年的4—5月对吉林省左家自然保护区内人工巢箱条件下生长的野生花鼠仔兽的生长发育情况进行观察和分析,并与人工饲养条件下的花鼠仔兽进行对比,以探讨花鼠生长的最佳状态,从而为其人工繁殖提供指导。数据表明:仔兽生长过程中体重与体长的相关系数为r=0.9467,体重与尾长的相关系数为r=0.9210,体长和尾长的相关系数为r=0.9850,野生花鼠仔兽在人工巢箱条件下生长发育时间较短,各项系数较高,其体重和体长均高于人工饲养条件下的花鼠仔兽。

Abstract:The objectives of this study were to understand the best growth state of Eutamias sibiricus,and to provide guidance for their artificial reproduction.From April to May during 2010 to 2016,the growth and development of wild young Eutamias sibiricus reared in artificial nest box in Zuojia Nature Reserve of Jilin Province was observed and characterized,and were compared with those reared in fully artificial feeding conditions.The results showed that the correlation coefficient (r) between body weight and body length was 0.946 7,the correlation coefficient (r) between body weight and tail length was 0.921 0,and the correlation coefficient (r) between body length and tail length was 0.985 0.Compared to their counterparts reared in fully artificial feeding conditions,the young Eutamias sibiricus reared in wild artificial nest box had shorter duration of growth and development as well as higher correlation coefficients,body weight and body length.
