内蒙古呼伦贝尔市肉牛产业现状及发展对策分析

内蒙古呼伦贝尔市按照“稳羊增牛、草畜平衡、种养结合、农牧协调、品牌强化、持续增收”的发展思路,围绕“打造全域绿色有机农畜林产品生产加工输出基地”的目标,不断推进肉牛产业高质量发展。从呼伦贝尔市肉牛产业发展现状分析入手,阐述了调查研究过程中发现的肉牛养殖企业（专业户）融资难、产业链条延伸短、品牌知名度不高、粪污资源化利用程度低等问题,并有针对性地提出了推进该市肉牛产业高质量发展的建议和对策,以期为进一步夯实该市现代肉牛全产业链发展提供思路。

Current Situation and Developmental Countermeasures of Beef Cattle Industry in Hulun Buir City of Inner Mongolia

According to the development idea of ′stabilizing sheep and increasing cattle, grass and livestock balance, planting and breeding combination, farming and animal husbandry coordination, brand strengthening and continuous income increase′, Hulunbeier City of Inner Mongolia adheres to the development goal of ′building a production, processing and output base for green and organic agricultural, livestock and forestry products′ to continuously promote the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry. Starting from the analysis of the developmental status of beef cattle industry in Hulun Buir City, the problems found by investigation and survey, such as financing difficulties for beef cattle breeding enterprises （professional households）, short extension of industrial chain, low brand awareness and deficient resource utilization of manures were expounded. Suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry were put forward, in hoping to provide ideas for further consolidating the whole chain development of beef industry in Hulun Buir City.
