摘    要:种子纯度是种子质量检测重要指标,也是玉米生产中利用玉米杂种优势,获得高产稳产的重要保证。开发建立一套高效、高通量和低成本的玉米杂交种纯度鉴定方法,是我国玉米生产应用中迫切需要解决的问题。选用郑单958、京科968、农大108等10个玉米杂交品种为材料,利用20个InDel分子标记,建立了一套玉米杂交种纯度筛检分离的鉴定方法。该方法利用荧光毛细管电泳平台组建的多重PCR及多重电泳,结合KASP平台鉴定玉米杂交种纯度,实现高效、高通量和低成本的目标,经验证KASP平台纯度鉴定结果与预期结果一致。

Abstract:Seed purity is the most important of the four major seed quality inspection indicators, but also a guarantee for utilizing maize heterosis in maize production to obtain high and stable yields. To this end, there is an urgent need to develop a high-efficient, high-throughput, and low-cost method for maize hybrid purity identification in our country''s maize production. In this study, 10 maize hybrid varieties, including Zhengdan958, Jingke968, and Nongda108, were used as materials, and using 20 InDel molecular markers to develop a method of the screening and identification separated for maize hybrids purity identification. This method uses multiplex PCR and multiple fluorescent capillary electrophoresis and the KASP platform to identify the purity in maize hybrids, which is high-efficient, high-throughput, and low-cost. The identification results are consistent with the expectation.
