摘    要:根据黄淮海地区玉米种植收获特点,设计了4YZP-2A型自走式玉米收获机。介绍了整机、传动系统及主要工作部件的结构设计及技术特点。摘穗台采用拨禾星轮不对行玉米收获装置,将玉米植株有效抓取并有序地喂入到摘穗装置中;并对剥皮机进行了优化设计与合理配置,使果穗剥净率大大提高。通过田间试验和检测,证明符合国家相关标准规定,并通过了山东省农机试验鉴定站的鉴定。

Abstract:According to the characteristices of corn planting and harvesting in Huang-huai-hai region,4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn Harvester was designed.Structure design and technical features of whole machine,transmission system and main working parts were introduced.Picker header was made with rake star-wheel and no-row corn harvesting device,and corn plants would be effectively crawled and feed methodically to picking device.Optimization design and rational distribution were carried out with corn husker,ear peeling rate was greatly improved.Actual field working test proved that 4YZP-2A type self-propelled corn harvester was in line with the national standards,and it also passed the identification of Shandong Agricultural Machinery test and appraisal station.
