摘    要:植物分泌的低分子量有机酸通过形成可溶性络合物而增加重金属元素在根际土壤的移动性。本文对根际分泌物如柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、琥珀酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸对铅锌矿尾砂及其废水污染土壤中Pb、Zn、Cd、Cu的溶解性影响进行实验 ,证明16mmol/L的有机酸和氨基酸对土壤中重金属Pb、Zn、Cd、Cu具有较强的活化效应 ,其中柠檬酸、酒石酸和草酸的活化能力最强。

Abstract:The low-molecular-weight organic acids secreted by plant roots boost the mobility of heavy metals through formation of soluble complexes in the soil rhizosphere.In this paper,the influence of organic and amino acids including citric,tartic,oxalic,succinic acids,which are present in the soil rhizosphere,on the solibility of Pb,Zn,Cd,Cu from soils polluted by lead-zinc mine tailing and drainage was investigated. It was observed that the activated impact of organic and amino acids with the concerntration of 16 mmol/L on Pb,Zn,Cd,Cu in contaminated soils was strong and citric,tartic,oxalic acids were the strongest acids in activating heavy metals in polluted soils.
