烟草种间原生质体融合及其影响因素的研究

摘    要:利用PEG-高Ca2+高pH法对烟草属的普通烟草K326和Nicotiana rustica、N.alata、N.plumbaginifolia、N.debneyi分别进行种间叶肉原生质体融合试验,结果表明基因型对烟草叶肉原生质体融合有明显影响。通过试验还对影响烟草叶肉原生质体融合及其成株的其它相关因素进行了探讨。

Abstract:In this paper tobacco interspecific protoplast fusion was studied with mesophyll protoplasts isolated from K326 and N.rustica,N.alata,N.plumbaginifolia,N.debneyi respectively by PEG-high Ca2 /pH.The obtained results showed that genotype affected tobacco protoplast fusion obviously.Some other factors affecting protoplast fusion and plant regeneration were also studied here.
