| 摘 要： | 将建国后上海郊区农民住房建设划分为5个阶段，分别揭示了5个阶段的显著特征。指出了目前沪郊农民住房建设上存在的主要问题。在此基础上，研究了“十一五”时期郊区农民住房建设规划的指导思想和基本思路。

| Abstract: | The peasant housing building in Shanghai suburbs after founding New China can be divided into five stages, and the characteristic of each stage is revealed. The main problems in the peasant housing building at present are also pointed out. In view of the situation, the basic thinking of the llth five-year plan is put forward. |
