木香与藤本月季软枝扦插技术的研究

选择不同的种类和不同浓度的生根剂对藤本月季和木香软枝插穗进行处理,结果表明:(1)木香的软枝扦插用激素处理扦插成活率为0,而藤本月季在不同处理中的成活率保持在26.7%-43.3%之间,(2)藤本月季不使用激素处理扦插成活率为26.7%,使用奈乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理成活率为28.3%-43.3%,说明这两种激素对藤本月季软枝扦插成活具有促进作用;(3)使用IBA25mg/kg、50mg/kg处理插穗的扦插成活率明显高于NAA处理;(4)使用这两种激素处理藤本月季的软枝插穗最理想的浓度为50mg/kg.

Cuttage Technology Research of Rosa Hybrida and Rosa Banksiae

This experiment take the Rosa hybrida and the Rosa banksiae as the material,explores the technical measure of its soft cuttage,chooses the different type and the different density takes root the medicinal preparation to insert the ear to soft to carry on processing,the statistical cuttage survival rate,the experimental conclusion is:(1) Although the liana rosa indica and the banks rose all belong to the rose family wild rose to be the plant,but banks rose's soft cuttage regardless of with does not use hormone processing and with what kind of density hormone processing,its cuttage survival rate is 0,but the liana rosa indica's maintains indifferent processing survival rate between 26.7-43.3%,indicated the wild rose is the plant soft cuttage survival rate in the inter-species existence very big difference;(2) The liana rosa indica in does not use any hormone processing in the situation cuttage survival rate is 26.7%,but uses the ethanoic acid(NAA) and the butyric cacid(IBA) different density processing inserts ear of after the cuttage survival rate in 28.3-43.3%,all has the varying degree the enhancement,explained these two kind of hormones survive to the liana rosa indica soft cuttage have the promoter action;(3) The liana rosa indica uses NAA and IBA different density processing inserts the ear,although all all has the promoter action to the survival rate,but between two kind of hormones functions difference is very obvious,uses IBA 25mg/kg,the 50mg/kg processing inserts the ear of cottage survival rate obviously to be higher than the NAA processing the result;(4) The liana rosa indica uses NAA and the IBA processing inserts between an ear of different density the survival rate also to have the quite big difference,inserts the ear of cuttage survival rate by the 50mg/kg processing to be highest,explained uses these two kind of hormones processing liana rosa indica soft to insert an ear of most ideal density is 50mg/kg.
