| 摘 要： | 监测评价是投资项目管理的一项重要手段，文章从项目监测评价的基本内容出发，分析了我国项目监测评价体系中存在的监测评价水平低、缺乏反馈机制等缺陷，提出了增强同国外机构交流，改革现行投资管理体制等对策。

| Abstract: | Monitor and assess is one means of the investment project management. The basic content of the project monitors assessed is analyzed in this paper.The low appraise competence and lacks of defects mechanism are the major problems of the project monitoring evaluation system in our country.The authors proposed to exchange with the foreign organization and reform current investment management system are the countermeasures. |
