| Abstract: | Scientific Outlook on Development is the guide of all the constructions in our country's new period of development,as well as the guiding idea for library undertakings and construction.Scientific Outlook on Development has a internal connection with library construction,so,in the construction of library itself,we shall firmly set up and fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development,form the concept of putting people first as the management concept and service concept,make full play of the library's functional role,and take reform and new trails as the motive power,to push the library undertakings to have a overall,harmonized and healthy development. |
