拖拉机离合器接合过程仿真

摘    要:建立了拖拉机起步过程中机组、发动机、离合器和机组阻力矩的数学模型。在此基础上对离合器的接合过程进行了动态仿真,计算出离合器接合任意时刻的发动机角速度、离合器从动盘角速度、离合器摩擦力矩以及离合器拼命过程的冲击度和滑摩功。

Abstract:The mathematical models of tractor set, engine, clutch and the moment of tractor set resistance during the tractor starting have been set up. The dynamical simulation of clutch engagement process has been done. The angular velocity of engine and clutch driven disc and the friction moment of clutch in any time when clutch is engaging, the impact factor and energy of sliding friction in the process of clutch engagement also have been computed.
