东北刺人参遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘    要:应用RAPD技术对7份来源于不同区域的东北刺人参进行了分析.从100条随机引物中筛选出16条引物,共扩增出117条谱带,其中51条为多态带,多态性比率为43.62%,其多态性比率较低.系统聚类分析将7份东北刺人参居群分为2大类群,长白山老岭山脉的东北刺人参居群聚为一类.长白山主峰南侧的东北刺人参居群聚为一类.东北刺人参总体较低的遗传多样性是导致其濒危的原因之一.

Abstract:In this study, 7 Oplpanax elatus samplies from different regions of Changbai Mountain were analyzed by using RAPD techniques. 16 polymorphic primers, screened out from 100 random primers, were used and produced 117 reproducible bands. Of them, 51 bands (43.62%) were polymorphic. By cluster analysis the germplasm used in this study was divided into 2 groups: O. elatus of Laoling Mountain for one group, O. elatus of south of Changbai Mountain for the other.
