| 摘 要： | 基于抽样理论分析了目前营造林类抽样核查方法的优缺点。重点讨论了营造林类抽样核查的样本抽取和组织及其应抽取的样本量。介绍了比估计与面积成数抽样在营造林类核查中应用和实施方法,建议营造林类核查计算抽样精度并且提出了计算方法。

| Abstract: | On the basis of sample theory,this paper analyses the benefits and shortcomings of the existing afforestation verification methodology. Some discussions concentrate on the sampling intensity and sample form. The ratio estimate and its application method is recommended for afforestation verifications. A proposal has been developed for calculating the precision of sampling and the formulas are presented in the paper. |
