| 摘 要： | 研究了芹菜雄性不育材料01-3A的不育度、遗传特点和稳定性.I2-KI染色法镜检发现,01-3A花药内没有成熟花粉粒,败育彻底.利用01-3A进行测交、回交、正反交得到的后代群体育性表现说明,01-3A不育性由细胞核内一时隐性基因控制,符合隐性核不育遗传模式,不受其他基因影响,不存在复等位基因或其他互作基因效应,而且与细胞质无关.01-3A不育性不受季节性温度变化影响. |

| Abstract: | The sterile degree, genetic characteristic and stability of 01-3A male sterile celery were studied. It was found that under the microscope, 01-3A was a completely male sterile type without vigor pollens in its anther. The fertility in progenies of test cross, backcross, selfcross and reciprocal cross between 01-3A and other lines indicated that the male sterility was controlled by a pair of nuclear recessive gene, without effects of multiple alleles, epistatic gene and cytoplasm.
