抗菌素430产生菌发酵条件研究

从云南元阳土壤中分离得到链霉菌菌株TJ430,其代谢产生的蒽环类抗生素具有广谱抗真菌、细菌活性。通过研究该菌株摇瓶发酵条件,明确其摇瓶发酵培养基配方为：葡萄糖1.8%、蛋白胨0.5%、豆粕0.3%、酵母膏0.1%、碳酸钙0.025%;最优发酵条件为：250 mL摇瓶装液量25 mL,接种量9.0%,培养温度28°C,初始pH 8.5,转速200 rpm,培养时间96 h。

Optimization of fermentation conditions for obtaining antibiotics 430 from Streptomyces strain TJ430

A Streptomyces sp.strain TJ430,capable of producing broad-spectrum anthracycline antimicrobial metabolites,was isolated from the soil of Yuanyang,Yunnan Province.The optimum fermentation conditions of this strain were studied and the optimum culture medium was consisted of 1.8% glucose,0.5% tryptone,0.3% soybean meal,0.1 % yeast extract and 0.025% CaCO3.The yield of antifungal metabolites reached highest after culturing for 96 h on a rotary shaker under the best fermentation conditions of 25 mL culture medium in 250 mL flask,9% of inoculating amount,28°C of temperature,initial pH 8.5 and 200 rpm rotating speed.
