| 摘 要： | 试验结果表明,H11、H5.28、H401及H901四个猴头菌菌株子实体可溶性蛋白电泳图谱间存在差异。其中以H5.28与H401差异最小,其次依次为H11与H5.28,H11与H401,H401与H901,H5.28与H901,以H11与H901间差异最大。

| Abstract: | The test result showed that 4 Hericium erinaceus strains, H11, H5.28, H401 and H901, differed in electrophoretogram of soluble proteins. The degree of difference between H5. 28 and H401 was the least, followed by those between H11 and H5.28, H11 and H401, H401 and H901, H5. 28 and H901, while that between H11 and H901 was the greatest. |
