Abstract: | A microcomputer-based gait measurement system, originally developed for human subjects, has been adapted for analysis of canine walking and trotting gaits. Examples of gait in a normal and an abnormal dobermann are shown to demonstrate the collection and presentation of kinematic data of locomotion. The potential of the system for clinical and research work is discussed. |
