| 摘 要： | 1983年和1984年,研究了棉株上接种黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)弱菌株对后继感染的强菌株所致病害的影响.接种弱菌株可减轻诱发的棉花黄萎病的病情.弱菌株与强菌株之间的接种间隔天数至关重要,以间隔5天接种,其交互保护作用最明显。

| Abstract: | The effect of inoculating cotton plants with hypovirulent strains of the cotton wilt pathogen (Verticillium dahliae Kleb.) to the diseased plants caused by subsequent inoculation with virulent strains was studied in 1983-1984.Inoculation with hypovirulent strains reduced the severity of the infected plants (by virulent strains) significantly.The intervals between inoculation with hypovirulent strain and virulent strain affected considerably the appearance of the interprotection between the strains.The maximum protection effect happened in the tests with 5 days interval of inoculation. |
