摘    要:枣的人工干制有利于提高产品质量,避免发生丰产不丰收的现象。根据太行山区婆枣的特性,在自行搭建的热泵法箱式干燥器上进行了两种参考方案的干燥试验研究。通过分析干燥速率和干燥质量的变化,提出了改进方案,并进行试验验证。脱水量、干燥能耗和发热量的分析表明:改进的干燥方案符合干燥物内部的水分迁移规律,干燥效果好、节能效果明显。

Abstract:Artificial drying can improve the quality of jujube and gain higher economic profit. According to the characteristics of jujube date in Taihang Mountain, two kinds of experimental schemes were carried out on a self-developed box-type heat pump dryer. Through analysis of drying rate and weight changes, the improved scheme was put forward and validated in experiment. The results of dehydration volume, drying energy consumption and heat showed that the improved drying scheme conforms to the water migration rule. The research achieved good drying effect and significantly energy saving effect.
