东北民猪和哈尔滨白猪排卵受精和卵裂的比较形态学研究

摘    要:民猪排卵时间在发情开始允许爬跨后的24小时以后,36小时以前。交配组排卵快整齐,不交配组拖延较长时间才排完,说明交配可促进排卵。9月龄民猪不配组排卵14.86±0.609个,交配组13.88±1.072个,哈白猪不配组排卵13.9±0.001个,交配组14.5±0.499个。9月龄后备母猪卵裂时间在交配后24小等以后,各时期所处发育阶段:24小时虽有二细胞胚胎,但大部在合子阶段,48小时为3—5个细胞阶段,72小时达3—7个细胞。民猪卵母细胞直径为158.9微米,哈白猪为164.22微米,透明带厚度民猪为16.51微米,PVS为18.21微米,哈白猪分别为16.27与19.0微米。


COMPARATIVE MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON THE OVULATION, FERTILIZATION AND CLEAVAGE OF THE NORTHEAST NATIVE PIGS (MIN ZHU)AND HARBIN WHITE PIGS
Abstract:The Native and Harbin White gilts were used to investigate the ovulation time, number of eggs shed, migration of the oocytes in the oviduct and morphological size of the oocytes. The results of observation showed that the ovulation time of Native gilts presented after onset of estrus then after the time when the gilts permitted to be mounted by boars between 24-36 hr. There was no significant difference in ovulation velocity between the two breeds. The velocity of ovulation between gravid group and nongravid group was not alike. The ovulation of gravid group was faster and tidier, whereas that of nongravid group was slower and more delayed. The cleavage time of the 9th monthed gilts was 24 hr after copulation, e. g. 48 hr after they permitted to be mounted. Therefore after copulation, the zygote stage was about at 24 hr, stage of 3-5 blastomeres was about at 48 hr and 3-7blastomeres stage was about at 72 hr. The difference of the developmental velocity between the two breeds was not too significant. The numbers of egg ovulation in 9th monthed gravid gilts of tne Native pigs was 13.88±1.072; while that of the Harbin white was 14.50±0.499. Those in nongravid groups, were 14.88 ±0.609 in the Native gilts, 13.9±0.901 in the Harbin white, and the difference between the two breeds was not significant. The diameters of oocytes were 158.20μ, forthe Native and 164.22μ, in the Harbin white, and the difference between the two breeds was extraordinarily significant (P<0.0l). The thickness of zona pellucida (Z P) was 16.51μ in the Native pigs and 16.72μ in the Harbin white; the perivitelline space was 18.21μ in the former, and 19.00μ in the latter, these differences were all not significant.
