澳洲指橘与粗柠檬体细胞杂种植株形态及其花粉育性研究

摘    要:本试验对澳洲指橘与粗柠檬属间体细胞植株形态进行了观察 ,并测定与分析了体细胞杂种的花粉育性。结果显示 :1 )再生植株生长势强 ,树体较高 ,植株形态与粗柠檬相似 ,与澳洲指橘的差异较大 ,叶片厚度却接近于澳洲指橘。 2 )体细胞杂种的花粉活力正常 ,介于 5 0 %~90 %之间。 3)体细胞杂种花粉育性介于双亲之间 ,偏向高值亲本。本试验表明 :通过原生质体融合技术得到的澳洲指橘与粗柠檬的体细胞杂种实现了二者的基因重组 ,且体细胞杂种育性稳定、较高 ,可作为杂交的亲本材料进一步被利用

Abstract:In this research, observation was carried on the plant morphology of somatic hybrid between Microcitrus Papuana and Rough Lemon, and determination and analysis were carried on the pollen fertility of somatic hybrid .The main results of this research were as follows: 1). Regenerative plant has strong growth potential, high tree body, similar plant morphology with Rough Lemon, larger different morphology from Microcitrus Papuana and wide range of leaf thickness that are very close to Microcitrus Papuana . 2). Pollen vigor of somatic hybrid is normally between 50% and 90.00%. 3). Pollen fertility of somatic hybrid is between that from both parents, but tends to that from parent with high value of pollen vigor. This test shows that gene recombination of M.papuana and Rough Lemon in somatic hybrid between M.papuana and Rough Lemon via protoplast fusion was obtained. But, the fertility of somatic hybrid is stable and can serve as hybrid parent material for future utilization.
