| Abstract: | The tissue culture technology of Euphorbia pulcherrima was studied using stem-segment as explants.The results showed that 1 g/kg mercuric chloride solution for disinfection of Euphorbia pulcherrima best when stem length 7 min.MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4D +0.1 mg/L 6-BA could induce more callus and stronger shoot buds.The best proliferation medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA and in which the multiplication coefficient was 15.1/2MS+ 1.0 mg/L IBA was the best one for rooting,the average number and length of roots c... |
