Abstract:A comparison on concentration changes of NH3 and H2S was made between fermenting bed pigpen and portland cement pigpen in Dingxi in 2010,in order to evaluate the effect of fermenting bed on pigpen environment.The results showed that fermenting bed pigpen had a higher temperature in winter(P<0.05),and a lower NH3 concentration in each season.Fermenting bed pigpen had a significant difference in NH3 concentration(P<0.01) in the summer when compared with portland cement pigpen.Fermenting bed pigpen also had a ...
