成品烟丝平衡含水率预测模型研究

采用静态称重法对4个牌号的成品烟丝在50％～80％的相对湿度范围内，分别测定了12、16、20、24、28、32、36℃时的平衡含水率，得到各牌号烟丝的吸湿特性曲线，通过非线性回归进行统计分析评价4个常用的平衡含水率数学模型对测定数据的拟合效果。结果表明，ModifyHalsey模型对4个牌号成品烟丝的平衡含水率预测效果最好（R^2〉0．980），利用拟合的模型做出的烟丝等平衡含水率温湿图，在贮丝温湿度调节及贮丝房空调节能运行方面具有广泛的应用价值。

Study on Predicting Model of Cut Tobacco Equilibrium Moisture Content

Equilibrium moisture content of 4 brands cut tobacco were investigated by static equilibrium method with the relative humidity ranging from 50% to 80% at the temperature of 12,16,20,24,28,32 and 36 ℃ respectively.The curves of cut tobacco equilibrium moisture content were plotted,the fitting effect of the measured data by four common mathematics models of equilibrium moisture content was statistically analyzed and evaluated by the non-linear regression.The results showed that Modify-Halsey model was the best one to predict the equilibrium moisture content of four cut tobaccos(R2>0.980),and the hythergraph about the equilibrium moisture content of cut tobaccos drawn by the fitting model could be extensively applied to the temperature and humidity control as well as the energy conservation of air condition in the storage room.
