| Abstract: | The West-to-West Gas Transmission Pipeline is characterized by big diameter, high pressure and throughput. The paper describes the necessity to conduct risk assessment on the pipeline. The risk assessment methods used in the gas transmission pipeline are introduced. The detailed assessment process and the target to be hit are given. The job suggestions on risk assessment for the gas transmission pipelines of China are put forward. |
