成品油管道与原油管道的差异

针对成品油与原油服务对象的不同，分析并讨论了成品油管道和原油管道形成本质差异的原因，认为这两种管道虽同属输油管道，但在运行经营上是性质完全不同的两种管道，前者的运营必须适应于市场的变化，又要接受市场的监督，而后者只服务于炼油厂。对两种管道的运营情况进行了比较，通过实例介绍了成品油管道的特点，阐述了管道与市场之间的业务关系。为提高管道的利用率，必须采取有效措施，对输送新油品的可能性进行了研究。

On the Differences of Product Oil Pipeline and Creude Oil Pipeline

In the light of the different service objects for product oil pipeline and crude oil pipeline,the substantial difference existed in product oil pipeline and crude oil pipeline is analyzed and discussed. The author considers that although these two kinds of pipelines belong under the same transporting pipelines,it is still absolutely different in the nature for the two pipelines in their operating and management. For the former on the one hand,its operating must be suited with the variation of market, and on the other hand,it has to be subjected to the supervision of market. While the later,it just provides services to oil refineries. A comparison on the operation between these two pipelines is made. The paper introduces the property of product oil pipeline with cases and describes the business relationship between the pipelines with market. To improve the utilization efficiency of pipeline,the effective measures must be taken to have a feasibility study to transport more kind of oils.
